When you submit our audit request form, we collect:

  • Your company name and website URL
  • A description of your project goals and current challenges
  • Your estimated budget range (optional)

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use essential cookies required for the website to function properly.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Review your audit request and prepare a personalised response
  • Send you a confirmation email when your form is submitted
  • Follow up with a recommendation based on the audit
  • Communicate about potential project scope if you express interest

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and consent (when you voluntarily submit the form). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in Supabase (cloud database with row-level security enabled). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Both services operate under strict data protection standards. Data may be processed in the EU and US in accordance with applicable data transfer frameworks.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain audit request data for up to 24 months after your last interaction. If a project begins, data related to the engagement is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus any legal retention period. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

  • Supabase — secure database for form submissions
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — website hosting and deployment
  • Sanity — content management system

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
